As part of my job as your local Member for Brindabella, I believe it is absolutely crucial that I am accessible to all of my constituents, no matter where they live in Canberra.
That’s why one of my election commitments was to hold Mobile Offices. I will regularly travel around Brindabella, holding various street corner meetings to discuss any issues that may be of concern to locals.
While I have taken on the role as a Minister in the ACT Government, it is important that I am aware of issues within the electorate so that I can best represent the people of Tuggeranong and Woden in the Legislative Assembly.
I have recently held mobile electorate meetings in Kambah, Torrens, Chifley, Curtin, Farrer, Woden Town Centre, Tuggeranong Town Centre, Isabella Plains, Richardson, Chisholm, Calwell, Erindale and Lanyon.
I am out and about every month at various locations within the electorate holding mobile offices. This is an opportunity to meet with me and let me know about issues that affect you.
My next mobile office in your area is:
Saturday 26 November 2011 at Calwell Shops from 9:30am-10:30am
